make their apartments next to eachother and u could go even further and make their personality types the same HOPE THIS WORKS !
make one a boy one a girl, go to their apartments often so they trust you GET A WII U ( if you dont have on already) which im on right now and then dont play tomadachi life for 3-4 months. hope that helped :) also feed them and give them stuff (songs, hats ect.) every other week
