correction. not hdmi 1.5. it'd be 2.0. Hdmi 1.4 had 4k support but the protocol was slow and cables were more expensive.

both honestly. I mostly used HDMI. but on some occasions. I got out my component cables for old school gaming on A CRT for Virtual Console Titles.

HDMI pretty much. The transition to HDMI began almost a decade earlier. The Wii U was pretty much the last console to make official use of A/V. I doubt many used A/V cables.
