Mariokart 7 and Team Kirby Clash Deluxe are great picks!
Pushmo is a great puzzle game and I had a lot of fun playing Rhythm Heaven Megamix
a link between worlds, samus returns, mario kart, acnl, and smash are all 3ds staples
all the kirby, pokemon, and fire emblem games are great too. (for each of those series, i'd personally recommend kirby planet robobot, pokemon sun/moon, and fe: echoes)
