i think ctgp7 is a mod... download MK7 first.
mk7 first because ctgp 7 launches mk7 with the patched code
CTGP-7 is a modpack that launches Mario Kart 7 Via The Launcher. So You Will Have To Have A Physical Or Digital Copy Of MK7 To Play This Mod. Hope This Helps.
