I wanna get USB Storage for my Wii U but, what type should I get that WON'T cause my console to display a System Error?

I have a Wii, and my 128g Lexar Flash Drive works fine, but you can also probably find a list of supported drives for whatever backup loader you are using

I think there's a limit of 120 gigabytes or so (anything higher won't work) but any usb sticks under that should be fine? I could be wrong though

you should get a hard drive with a y-cable

i use a 256gb flash drive from Micro Center, the superspeed one. works well and is cheapif your near a micro center

I read online that Hard-Drives are better than USB flash drives for longevity. USB flash drives work in a pinch but are generally recommended against.
