Don't be fooled by their inexperience. Some of those are actually greater than most, and will perhaps rule even over many despite their stature.

Don't minister only, but also directly help the lost. Have mercy on the beggar, show compassion to the sick, visit them who are forgotten in captivity, defend the defenseless, give to the needy, support the weak.
