How did you get the Nintendo TVii on your Wii U?

Is PN able to send notifs to the Wii U app as it was done on 3DS ? It could be useful to letting know when new games are available to online services. PS : I really hate Discord (I use Matrix instead) PS2 : Original notif theme was better (separated TV+Gamepad audio channels)
