Mii, or something. Also, I know we're talking about characters here, but if you want to easily kick an CPU's ass, use a level 1 CPU fighter. But, if you want more of a challenge, use level 2 or 3, or whatever CPU level best suits you.
Mario works fine for me im a beginer
Mario, Kirby and Donkey Kong are all simple and straight forward.
