Should i play the Wii U HD version if i have already played the Wii version?

absolutely it made the twilight sections better and it just controls better a lot of quality of life changes
Definitely worth playing. TPHD has faster climbing animations and some tears of light were removed to make it easier. There's also changes to your rupee count and wallet upgrades. Lots of QoL changes to the controls and the game has a hero mode option if you want a challenge.
