Did you know that Sega and Nintendo put Sonic Advance on Wii U Virtual Console, but only in Japan?

Say whaaaaaa???? wow that's crazy
What's crazy to me is Nintendo making certain Virtual Console games exclusive to one platform over the other in the WiiU/3DS family days. Virtual Console was kind of struggling back then.
