No at least it's very unlikely, I remember seeing either a video or reddit post that somebody did that same exact thing and they didn't get any
If youre still young just take it to ur highschool, i got streetpass in a day
id say relatively low. although, if u use NetPass, u can buy passes for certain software. i use it all the time for Tomodachi Life and Super Mario 3D Land. hope this helps!! >.<
