I have another question: why I can't open wii u chat (because I saw in pretendo website and its on it but i can't open it on my console) and can I use it on pretendo network? sorry but i can't speak English fluently

It's behind a paywall for now
they locked it up in a paywall which is insane. they don't own the wii u let alone wii u chat
