How do I get custome themes? I found some videos, But alot of them seem to be outdated according to what some comments say.

Yes yes what they said!! im PRETTYYY sure the thingy or wtv is called Anemone and to actually get themes look up Theme Plaza on google! :D (im bad at explaining srry)
anenome it comes installed after modding
go to anome then get a separate device and go to theme plaza then search up the theme you want then pick one and a qr code will pop up so back to your DS on the top screen it tells you to press a button for the camra to pop up then scan the qr code and press normal install
