I am trying to system transfer on my 3ds (old xs) but it says that i need to launch e shop. on e shop it says error, press home button & restart system. can you guys help?

I enterd the code @ nintendo support, made me do some stuff with the dns, E-shop is still not working.
007-2670 is the error code
