I remember when I was on my Wii, just navigating the menu, when the screen suddenly turned black with the text "The system files are corrupted" on full silence, That was the biggest jumpscare of my life lol, I just restarted and the screen never appeared again.

That happened to me once in System Settings. When I saw the screen go black, I shot up from my seat and ran for my life. No idea why it happened, but it never did again
