hey how do i free up some storage on my sd card safely so i can download new games i have 20 free gb but it says not enough sd card space but idk what i can delete and what is essential

If you're on a Wii U, you can get a USB flash drive and have more storage. I'm not sure if this answered you're question but hopefully it did!
