I dont know if it's really "niche" enough but Lego City Undercover is pretty good as it's kinda like a gta game, plus Nintendo easter eggs are hidden throughout the world
And I recommend both Bayonetta games
Deus ex Human Revolution, good cyberpunk game, also I had a blast with Xenoblade Chronicles X even if it was offline (played for 495 hours)
495 hours in XCX is crazy man... I had like almost that much of time spent in Hyrule Warriors
