sometimes remaking the world with the same seed fixes it.

Bruh I remember finding a village with another village on it, so houses would have crops on the roofs and mutiple pairs of houses were merged

ive seen desert villages clipped into desert temples before

this happened to me as well. it doesn't do this on other legacy console versions
