the oot3d rando is on 3ds that i know of you can download it from universal updater :D you do need to have game patching on (you can turn it on from the luma3ds menu that pops up when you hold select and turn it on

Hit up that one house with 4 chests and the crawl space where you'd originally get the Kokiri Sword in Kokiri Forest, then I like to check the shops and Kakariko Village during both day and night
