there is a homebrew app called fourthtube, if u have universal updater u can download it from there

get a phone and download the yt app on it
Use The GiveMiiYoutube plugin in the homebrew appstore if you're on Wii U like me. You can also use Forthtube in universal updater if you're on 3ds but it doesn't work on old models.
