this is an awesome game but very much harder than botw

If you like the exploration aspect, absolutely. Massive world and tons of quests and stuff to collect, like the other Xenoblade games. But keep in mind that the combat is much different and you might have to watch a guide on Overdrive to beat the higher level bosses.
