i just modded my shi and idk how most of this works, does anyone know how to turn an .iso or .wbfs or any other file into an .h3 file?

You're basically asking how to turn a sandwich into orange juice. .iso is a wii game disc dump and .wbfs is a wii game disc backup converted from an iso. .h3 is a wii u game checksum file for .app files and is not related at all to .iso or .wbfs formats.
.iso is a general file format for disc images, not specific to Wii or gaming
