I'm pretty sure if you download two copies of that game from seperate regions, you can have a save on each. Don't quote me on that though
Backup her save file with checkpoint and then delete it on tomodachi life, start your game and when she wants to play she can load her save file.

i think you can have more than version of the game downloaded
if youre sharing a 3ds with someone just use 3dsbank by rocket robz. its very useful because its like having multiple 3dses in a single 3ds
