Just started BotW and LOVING it. But, i do get some lagspikes/framedrops, so wondering whether there are any mods that allow you to change graphic settings? Also id like to be able to change FOV or HUD-size, if any of you know mods for any of this, id appreciate the help!!

As far as fixing the performance on Wii U hardware itself, I doubt it. Performance seems to tank in the towns in this game. My advice would be to play on CEMU or switch. You may be able to find graphical mods for Wii U, though. I'd check a site like GameBanana.
BotW pushes the Wii U to its absolute limit, and does it pretty well - but the poor little box just doesn't have enough juice to keep things ticking along smoothly. Short of upgrading the Wii U's hardware somehow, playing it on not-WiiU is the only way to get smooth frames.
