well u can go to gamebanna full guide on how to skip the news . gamebanna look up skip news select Splatoon download the plugin for aroma aka splatoon then go to your plugin folder drag the plugin in to the folder of ur plugins on your sd card

then your done put your sdcard in your wii u then boot up splatoon if u do not see the news that means your good. ps go online and see if u did it
