I have the worst case of OCD in OCD HISTORY and i keep getting disturbing thoughts of my fave 3DS game. Please tell me how to completely ERASE every bad thing I remember because I really can't go on like this.

I'd really appreciate ANY HELP on how to recover. It's been bothering me WAY TOO MUCH and I feel like my life is forever screwed.
Disturbing thoughts? Is it the game that is causing you troubles, or is it something else? If the first one, taking a break could work. But based on your recent posts, is your fav game ACNL? If so, then what in the game is causing stress? If not, then yeah, a break will help.
It has nothing to do with what's in the game, it has to do with stuff from outside of the game randomly giving me weird thoughts about it
So real life things... well there's nothing really I can say about helping that. Video games are supposed to be an escape, but if you think bad thoughts about it, then I don't know. Meditation, maybe? It's supposed to help with thoughts and stress. All I can say is keep trying.
