you can use the N64 Emulator for 3ds
Most Likley yes, since they did th oppisite in Star Fox 64
Use Daedalus64 to emulate N64 on 3DS, however i'm unsure of how well it'll run as last I saw it wasn't perfect.
mm runs horribly on that emu but ive heard oot runs mostly normally? idk. ive been wanting someone to port the n64 versions of two games to 3ds but oot3d and mm3d exist so i haven't bothered mentioning it
