As long as you're not on the pause screen or its apps (like juxt and the web browser), you can press L+DOWN+SELECT to access the plugin menu. Select the addon using the arrow keys and press A to enter its settings. Use its info and an FTP client (like CX file explorer) to connect

Make sure that: 1. "enable ftpd" is set to "true" (this turns file sharing on) and it's a good idea to set it back to "false" after usage 2. Make sure no app is writing to the SD card at the same time (data corruption can and will happen, ask me how I know)
