Yes, but make sure it's compatible with your device first. I once tried to replace a corrupted 32 gigabyte microSD with a 64 gigabyte, but my 3ds couldn't read it.
it has to be a FAT32 sd, and only 32gb sd cards come like that, but with special software you can format larger sized sd cards to FAT32.
formatted my 128gb to fat32. it works.
