No its just because level256network is developed by people like you and me its totally not so good like the old nintendo network maybe pretendo acnl servers are back online soon

pretendo network servers for acnl are shut down because 2(or 3) years before there was an exploit or something like that and because of this pretendo have shut down(I think not forever)their ACNL servers
