sadly, it's not possible. GameMaker games can't be ported to 3DS or Wii U. ONLY IF... someone makes something like easyRPG that plays GameMaker 8 games. We can still count on someone to do it! or someone could remake the game in the 2015 build of unity with the Wii U and 3DS SDK.
