My streetpass light started glowing rainbow on 3DS rainbow road. Is that a CTGP 7 thing or that also happens in the base game? Its still cool.

nah it means in 2 days ur 3ds will explode pls throw it out
its ctgp for third lap of rainbow road in settings you can make the light flash for incoming items
