Change the reticle controls to A B X & Y really helps as long as the sensitivity is set to max.

Y is look left A is right, B is down, X is up.

The stylus controls are so nice, I can't believe you guys advocate for giving it up. Am I the only one who never gets hand cramps from this game? The console isn't that heavy.

As someone who lost their stylus in 2015 and hasn't had one since ive been using my thumb for camera movement.
