if i buy Wii U with NTSC–J (japan) region lock, will i able to change region to PAL (europe) with Aroma or something else? (i dont know much about wii u homebrews) i really dont wanna japanese language menu only....

Yes, my Wii U is from Japan, but i modded it with Aroma and now i have Europe menu (5.5.5.E)
yes but i bricked mine wii u by doing this so be careful
