im going to guess your talking about the og 3ds so ill say stuff i know about that. the 3ds wilst having the 3d feature and large collection of games, theres not much you can do hombrew wise seeing that its not overly powerful. the psvita having more buttons and an extra analog1/
2/2 gives it a larger opportunity for games, its also way more powerful than the 3ds so it would have better hombrew capabilitys i hope this helps
