can somebody help everytime i use pretendo for splatoon battles i always get this message does anyone know how to fix it and if i press receive it does not work

Check the pretendo discord in #announcements for the post on 4/11/2024. Once you get nimble, it tells you how to reset BOSS TASKS, which will solve most network problems for splatoon; including your issue here.
i did that its not helping
