the eshop on pretendo network wont work. is this just me? all help appreciated

Since you arent on Nintendo servers, the eShop doesnt work.

You aren't on nintendo's servers so that is wht However, you can switch sometimes to their servers using Nimbus OR use an alternative store
They'll never do it due to legal reasons. Sorry. Maybe project rose might bring the eshop back in the future!
