Hmmm... I just played a little with my skeleton horse... and this happened, now i realize that horse can cross the limits of the world.

could you explain how you did it please
You need to spawn a skeleton horse just beside of the world border and move it a little in the border and hit it with sth knockback II and ride it at the same time, that will make you get into de border with the horse. You need to hit it with almost the entire body in the border.
