your 3ds needs to be homebrewed and it needs to have ntr installed on the wii u download ntr view (theres a github page for it) on your 3ds go into the ntr app and enable the firmware and on the rosalina menu go to debugging mode and enable it. now you should see your 3ds' ip

on ntr view press the left stick to go to the menu and type the ip.
