i am not sure but it can that your Wii U isnt on the latest version firmware or that your Wii U's internel memory is corrpeted hopes that help
Happens when you try to go online? If yes, in home menu go L+dpad down+minus (-)>inkay>other settings>restart warawara plaza. Then press B to go back. It will restart the home menu. Try to go online.
