How do you make babies anyways? I got 1 adult couple but they didn't have a baby since. Someone help me plz!!!!

in my experience its kinda random. Maybe more islanders would help?
it happens quite randomely. i recommend just helping them with any problems they have and eventually you will get a phone call in the game from them, and theyll tell you they had a baby.
