It's a game where there's a crane machine with badges and if you get any of them, you can decorate your Home Menu with them. It's a fun game, and I hope Pretendo adds support for it soon.

Nintendo badge arcade to be put simply, is one hell of an experience. It feels just like an arcade, and the music and theming is perfect. The only thing is, is that it's just as enraging as the real thing, as everything is made to be super hard, and the machines change out daily.
