i've got a question, on one of my post discussing piracy (which i do condem), 7 people were telling to delete the post, I don't get this cause we've modded our consoles, doesn't that make us free?

It's because of the anti-piracy rule on pretendo (Rule 5) and the reason why it exists is because Pretendo doesn't want to get in trouble for having piracy content on their services, especially since Nintendo is aware that Pretendo exists.
they dont allow piracy or talk about it unless it is hshop
