honestly just a cooler ui/experience the 3ds had so much personality with streetpass, themes, miiverse, menus, etc. the switch feels lifeless in comparison.

Considering the patent they secured, I'd love some 3DS styled games on hardware that's apparently as powerful as a PS4, the new layton game would thrive on there, and we'd get some 3DS virtual console that works as well as it does on the wii u, since there are 2 screens already.
