Am I the only who hate the fact that you need to finish the game to unlock the GameCube mode ? Why Nintendo did that ?

What's GameCube mode?
GameCube Mode is basically classic mode with the world as it was in the GameCube version while Wii Mode make the world mirrored as it reflects the Wii version of the game. However, it also acted as the Hero mode aka Hard mode so you technically started that without knowing.
