There are SOME stuff you can do like orienteering and idk joga na some muscle exercises but the game is made for the balance board so...
Keep tabs on eBay, I recently bought a balance board and it came with a free Wii console, 2 x wii motes, nunchucks and 5 games, $55 for all :)
