Update: I found a player and we played through 10 floors. One thing I liked was that every 5 floors you have to fight a mini boss. I think that's a bit better than 3's rare ghosts every 5 floors since a boss would encourage teamwork rather than a 'GET THE GHOST WHILE YOU CAN!'
