How do I take a screenshot and post it on here?

just suspend the current scene of a sofware you want to screenshot by pressing the HOME button and go to Miiverse. then just tap the photo icon when you're making a post to select wether to use the TV or the GamePad screenshot
in case you want to take screenshots where the HOME button can't be used, try using the Aroma's screenshot plugin and the Wii U Shell app. someone did this before
