whats the gimmick of this game? this just a tetris 3d on virtual boy now on 3ds, isn't it?

pretty much a 3rd tetris party game, you got the 1st one on wiiware the 2nd was a deluxe edition released physically on ds and wii and the 3rd on the 3ds as axis
