Install ntrview on ur Wii U from the homebrew shop. Then go into universal updater on ur 3DS and install the NTR cia file. Then on ur ds hold L Down d pad and select at the same time. Then go to debugger options. Press eneble debugger then press b. then your ip will show

then on your wii u go into ntr view and press menu. and enter your 3ds's ip. then it should work
